This formulation combines CJC-1295, a GHRH analogue with Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) technology for extended half-life, and Ipamorelin, a selective GH secretagogue and ghrelin receptor agonist. CJC-1295 stimulates sustained release of GH from the anterior pituitary by binding GHRHR, while Ipamorelin selectively amplifies GH pulses without significantly elevating cortisol or prolactin. Research has focused on this combination for its synergistic pulsatile GH release and downstream IGF-1 elevation.
