Gluta-X is a sterile injectable solution of L-Glutathione, the most abundant intracellular antioxidant. Glutathione is a tripeptide (Gly-Cys-Glu) that neutralises reactive oxygen species, regenerates vitamins C and E, and supports phase II hepatic detoxification via glutathione-S-transferase conjugation. Research has examined its cytoprotective role in hepatocyte models, its modulation of mitochondrial oxidative stress, and its influence on immune cell function and redox homeostasis.
